JW Marriott Hotel Frankfurt

I have stayed in many Marriott hotels, last years’ in NY was a disaster, but I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt, so I booked again in Frankfurt. So, this Marriott is a favourite, so far. Unfortunately, I spent more time than I had intended in my room, because I had the flu, so I could not go out. But my misfortune was short lived! I got my money’s worth in use, which I did not mind, because the room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the pillows were fluffy, the tv had lots of choice, there was internet, room service was perfect ( apart from the pizza…I am very picky)…plus I got to go outside for just a little, believing that I felt better, and saw that the location was central and close to many shops and the various attractions. Breakfast at the Marriott is always amazing for choice and quality of ingredients. The staff were very helpful, from concierge, reception, housekeeping to restaurant staff, they were all polite and professional. My family and I decided, to join the New Years dinner, which had a perfect menu ( my daughter would not agree…she does not like fish, but what can we do!) and the music was a one man show with a festive repertoire, who had us dancing! We were a bit late in attending though, because in Greece we do not go out to dinner until after 8pm, so the chef & staff probably wanted to strangle us! Our apologies! And then let’s not forget the New Year’s Eve fireworks, since I could not go out, I enjoyed it from my window! Next time maybe I will get to enjoy the city too!

Great location at the town center, easy to reach by train directly from the airport or main station within a few minutes. High rise building with an awesome view. My "Skyline Deluxe King Room" on the 15th floor had been freshly renovated and was quite large (about 7.5 x 6.5 m) with a very clever layout, a large bathroom with a bathtub, a coffee maker and a large bed with feather pillows. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and walked with me to the elevator to explain how to order the elevator with your room key.

very cool situated with a stunning skyline view. The staff is extremely friendly and service oriented. The mattresses were perfect (not too hard, not too soft) and there were two pillows to choose from. Hotel guests can use the Fitness first studio in the same building: nice pool and nice variety of tools. Bathrobes are provided on demand. Good assortment of beauty products (body wash etc) provided. The room service works fine and so is the food.

From arrival to check out staff were very helpful and polite. The location is perfect for exploring Frankfurt and shopping. The hotel has met the JW Marriott standards and our expectations. We traveled with our dog and there was even a very nice bed and bowls waiting for him in the room and also a bag of food. If we are back in Frankfurt we will definitely stay here again. There was a small issues with our airport transfer but it was sorted within minutes. Everything else was perfect. Thank you

The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The bed provided comfort beyond belief. What was even better was the hotel's staff. Lilly, at reception, was so professional, friendly and efficient. She allowed me to have my room early which was wonderful after a transatlantic flight. In fact, she's the reason I've changed my hotel to the Marriott again when I return to Frankfurt in a few weeks. David and Paulo were very helpful in fixing a number of issues I had with my airline. So wonderful to see them as one enters the hotel!
